Senior Architect

Our client, an architectural practice based in Camden, London, are seeking a Senior Architect to join their growing team of 25. They are known for their work in the Residential, Commercial and Mixed-use projects, often focusing on modern and sustainable designs. They have recently developed further sectors in the business which now includes a £500m Data Centre project. This is an opportunity to tackle complex sites and deliver developments that are at the forefront of technology.

This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative team that values innovation, sustainability and community benefit, while offering the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of exciting projects ranging from boutique residential apartment schemes to cutting edge Data Centres. Our client primarily work on projects in London but also work on some select international projects They are a growing team with a strong pipeline of work.

Senior Architect Job Overview

Lead the delivery of technical design packages, ensuring drawing and specifications are coordinated
Oversee tender and construction documentation
Act as primary point of contact for an queries or issues that may arise during construction
Mentor and support more junior members of the team
Monitor and review site progress
Coordinate with various consultants to align design compliance

Senior Architect Job Requirements

Strong Technical Design & project delivery skills
Experience working on Data Centres, Commercial or Residential projects advantageous
Strong experience from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
ARB / RIBA Qualified Architect
Good knowledge of Revit
Live within a commutable distance of Camden
