About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established MEP contractor for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to be based out of their Leigh office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business delivering mechanical services across commercial and industrial projects throughout the region.

This is an office-based role with one day per week on site, offering a great balance between project oversight and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage mechanical packages across multiple commercial and industrial projects

* Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery

* Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments

* Provide technical support and resolve issues as they arise

* Report regularly to senior management on project performance

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience in mechanical project management within the MEP/building services sector

* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

* Strong communication and client-facing skills

* Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office

Package Includes:

* Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

* Car Allowance: £5,000

* Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays

* Working Arrangement: Office-based with 1 day per week on site
