We’re recruiting a Group Bid Manager to join our clients expanding team and lead high-profile, strategic bids across Ireland and the UK. This hybrid role offers excellent opportunities for career progression into senior preconstruction positions.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end bid management, from tender identification to submission.
• Develop bid strategies, manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate proposal development and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, engineers, and business development teams.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement in bid processes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Third level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in bid/tendering roles in construction, preferably large-scale projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver high-quality bids.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Flexible to travel for client meetings and site visits.
