A growing Super Prime Residential contractor is looking for a Site Manager with 3-5 years’ experience delivering high-quality residential schemes. Central London refurbishments & Surrey country homes

Project values ranging from £1m – £8m
*
High-spec fit-outs, structural refurbishments, and bespoke finishes for private clients
📍 The Role
*
Day-to-day management of site operations, trades, and sub-contractors
*
Ensure quality, safety, and programme delivery at every stage
*
Client-facing role – working directly with UHNWIs, architects, and design teams
*
Report into a Project Manager or Construction Director
