Contracts Manager – Leading Housebuilder (Surrey, Kent & South London)

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a busy and highly respected housebuilder, overseeing multiple traditional build and timber frame developments across Surrey, Kent, and South London.

As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage several housing developments across Surrey, Kent, and South London.

*

Lead and support Site Managers, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards.

*

Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and local authorities.

*

Drive and monitor health & safety compliance across all sites.

*

Track progress, costs, and resources, reporting regularly to senior management.

*

Resolve technical and contractual issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within volume housebuilding.

*

Strong technical knowledge of residential construction methods and building regulations.

*

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

*

Demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time, to budget, and to a high standard.

*

Full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel between sites in the region.
