Technical PA
Technical PA – East London
We are looking for a Technical PA to join a busy construction/engineering environment. This role will support a senior technical team, providing first-class administrative assistance alongside elements of document management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide PA support to senior members of the technical team- including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports/presentations.
Assist with document control processes – logging, formatting, tracking and distributing technical documentation in line with project requirements.
Liaise with internal project teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of information.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and hard copy.
Support wider administrative tasks across the business as required.
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience in a PA/administrative role, ideally within a technical, construction or engineering environment.
Good knowledge of document management systems (e.g. Aconex, Asite, 4Projects) would be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
