We are representing a successful and growing client who is looking to appoint a skilled CAD Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented CAD professional with experience in commercial office fit-out projects to play a key role in delivering high-quality design and technical support across a diverse portfolio of schemes.

The Role

As a CAD Technician, you will work closely with the design and project teams to produce accurate drawings and technical details for office fit-out projects throughout the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing detailed CAD drawings for commercial office fit-outs

Supporting design and project teams with technical documentation

*

Amending and updating drawings in line with project requirements

*

Liaising with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance

*

Maintaining project documentation and drawing registers

Requirements

*

Proven CAD Technician experience within the commercial office fit-out sector

*

Proficiency in AutoCAD (and/or other relevant software)

*

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

*

Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
