We are seeking an experienced Stonemason to join a prestigious project in the Exeter area, focusing on historic restoration and conservation work. This is a permanent position offering stability, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to work on landmark heritage projects.

The Role:

Carry out skilled stonemasonry on historic buildings and restoration projects

Work with traditional tools and methods to repair, carve, and dress stone

*

Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications

*

Collaborate with site teams to ensure high-quality craftsmanship

*

Ensure all work is completed in line with conservation and safety standards

The Candidate:

Proven experience as a stonemason, ideally within historic or heritage projects

*

Strong knowledge of traditional stonemasonry techniques

*

Ability to work accurately with attention to detail

*

CSCS card preferred

*

Committed, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
