A respected property and construction consultancy based in Plymouth is seeking a capable Project Manager to join their growing regional team. This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager looking to develop within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment with exposure to both public and private sector projects.

As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to deliver high-quality schemes across healthcare, commercial, and education sectors. The successful Project Manager will play a key role in managing design coordination, stakeholder liaison, and construction delivery on live sites.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will manage a range of construction schemes from feasibility through to practical completion, ensuring delivery to programme, quality and cost targets. Responsibilities include:

Supporting senior colleagues on major projects

Leading delivery of small to medium-sized schemes

Contract administration (NEC or JCT)

Stakeholder and risk management

Programme monitoring and reporting

The Project Manager

Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related

Chartered or progressing towards chartership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, APM)

3+ years' experience in a construction consultancy environment

Familiarity with project delivery within the built environment

Excellent communication and teamworking skills
