Location:             Clerkenwell, Central London
Salary:                  £48,000 – £58,000 per annum (Dependent upon experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Architect / Project Architect with proven experience delivering multi-sector projects and confidence using Revit and AutoCAD.

Package:

£48,000 – £58,000 per annum (Dependent upon experience)

Office: Clerkenwell, Central London with Hybrid working 1 day per week from home

Hours: Full-time, permanent position – Monday to Friday

Duties:

Lead and run multiple projects from concept to delivery
Act as (or step into) Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act
Coordinate the design team
Produce and oversee construction information to UK regs and statutory requirements
Manage resources, programmes, and standards across concurrent workloads
Build and maintain strong client/consultant relationships
Mentor and develop junior team members
Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and project outcomes 

Requirements:

ARB-registered, RIBA-qualified Architect (5+ years PQE)
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and statutory processes
Experience of (or readiness for) the Principal Designer role
Excellent verbal/written communication, confident team leader
Sound construction knowledge and decisive, delivery-focused approach
