Senior Quantity Surveyor

They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned contractor delivering private sector schemes valued up to £100m. The business is in a strong position, having recently secured £200m of new workload across the Midlands.

Based in Birmingham.

Role:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take the role of commercial lead on a £15m apartment development in Tipton. The scheme consists of two blocks, each no more than four storeys high. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee all commercial aspects on site, from cost management and procurement to contract administration.

Requirements:

Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a track record on residential or mixed-use schemes

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders and subcontractors

*

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-value environment
