Are you an organised and proactive professional with a background in project administration or coordination? Our client, a rapidly growing Passive Fire Protection and Maintenance Group, is looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinator / Administrator to join their busy and supportive team in their lovely Rettendon office.

About the Role

This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, working closely with both clients and the internal team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and coordinating works across multiple projects

*

Acting as a point of contact for clients and ensuring excellent communication

*

Using internal systems to log, track and update project information

*

Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers

*

Supporting the wider team with any administration needs to keep projects on track

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

*

Experienced in a project coordination or administration role (construction or maintenance experience is a bonus)

*

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail

*

Confident using IT systems and learning new software

*

A great communicator who can build positive relationships with clients and colleagues

*

A proactive team player, willing to support in all areas when needed
