Document Controller

Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Document Controller for a busy construction company based in Berkshire. 

The role will entail travelling across their projects across Berkshire and managing information for these projects with Asite document control software.

It will include seeking out, reviewing and recording the progress made on the projects using Viewpoint Field View software. There will be regular reports to produce to show the construction progress on each project.  

You will be a good communicator, across all mediums and able to train others in the software you use daily (Viewpoint Field View, Asite, Office, Adobe) so that they can go on to use them confidently. 

You will have ideally used both Viewpoint Field View and Asite previously and be competent with IT. The role calls for a personable, diligent and professional person
