This is a brilliant opportunity for a Planner looking to step up into a more autonomous role with one of the most respected names in global construction. Based in Warrington, you’ll join a top-performing North West team working across a diverse range of sectors – with a particular focus on major healthcare projects, but also spanning education, high-rise residential, student accommodation and large mixed-use developments.

As a Planner, you’ll work closely with a tight-knit team of experienced professionals, from graduate through to Planning Manager, in a business known for investing in career growth. You’ll be involved in both pre-construction and live project stages, working on schemes valued between £10m and £50m, primarily under NEC and JCT contracts.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be producing detailed programmes and schedules, working collaboratively with pre-con teams, design, and operational teams to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient project delivery. Expect hands-on involvement in progress reporting, critical path analysis, stakeholder meetings and programme mitigation where required. You’ll play a key part in ensuring every scheme is set up to succeed from the start.
