Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

Our client is a reputable and dynamic Specialist Property Developer with a track record of delivering a range of high Value Residential and Commercial schemes throughout the UK. They now require an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their existing Delivery team on a circa £35M Fifteen Storey Block Residential Tower development project in Bristol on site until 2027.

This is a Commercial Management role to drive the project through to completion over the next 18 months where you will coordinate with the client, the design team and supply chain throughout the life cycle of the scheme through to agreement of Final Account.

The ideal Commercial candidate will have the following experience and abilities:-

* Ability to read Drawings and understand Works Specifications

* Minimum of 10 years with a recognised commercial Building / Sub-contractor ideally as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor.

* Able to effectively Procure and Place specialist sub-contract works packages.

* Ability to minimise risk to margin and achieve project milestones against contractual payment clauses.

* Understanding of an effective “Change Management and Variation Control” Strategy

* Engagement with and Commercial Management of Local Supply chain

This is a Fixed Term role on a minimum 18 – 24 Month Project starting November 2025 with a competitive base salary and remuneration package dependant on experience.
