We seek an experienced individual to join our client’s team and travel throughout Scotland to oversee large-scale concrete pours. This is a full-time permanent position.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and managing day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be working on sites throughout Scotland and managing a team.

Key Duties

Responsible for managing a team of skilled labourers and subcontractors.

*

Managing all aspects of concrete works in accordance with drawings and specifications.

*

Organising plant and equipment for the work.

*

Working to programmes and deadlines.

*

Ensuring health and safety are in place and adhered to.

*

Carrying out quality checks.

Personal Requirements

*

Extensive experience in concrete works.

*

Excellent leadership skills.

*

Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.

*

Ability to understand construction drawings.

*

SSSTS/SMSTS required.

*

CSCS required.

*

First Aid at Work advantageous.
