Salary: £95,000 – £100,000 + £5,000 Travel Allowance + Commission
Working pattern: Hybrid (1 day WFH)

About the Role

Our client, a specialist in office interiors and design & build projects, is seeking a Senior Pre-Contracts Manager to drive pre-construction strategy, secure new projects, and mentor a talented team. This is a key leadership role offering real impact and the opportunity to influence business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the pre-contracts process from cost planning to tender management
Collaborate with design and delivery teams to ensure budgets and timelines are achieved
Build and maintain strong supply chain relationships
Shape tender strategy and support commercial growth
Mentor and develop junior team members 

Skills & Experience

Proven track record in fast-track fit-out projects
Strong commercial acumen with excellent attention to detail
Confident client-facing and relationship management skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and continuous improvement
