Are you an experienced Estimator looking for your next step with a reputable main contractor? We are seeking a commercially astute professional to join our dynamic team in Romford, working across an exciting portfolio of commercial refurbishment, heritage, and social housing projects.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will:

* Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions

* Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

* Support the bid team to deliver high-quality tenders on time

* Contribute to winning work and driving company growth

About You

* Proven experience as an Estimator with a main contractor

* Strong knowledge of commercial refurbishment, heritage, or social housing projects

* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

* Ability to work to deadlines and thrive in a team environment
