We are seeking an ambitious and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join our established main contracting team in Bromley. Specialising in commercial refurbishment, heritage, and social housing projects, we deliver high-quality schemes across London and the South East.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Manage costs across multiple projects from inception to final account

* Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure commercial success

* Support contract negotiations and procurement

* Work closely with the project team to deliver schemes on time and within budget

About You

* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment

* Background in commercial refurbishment, heritage, or social housing projects preferred

* Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills

* A proactive team player with the ability to work independently
