Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for construction and numbers? We are looking for a motivated Graduate Estimator to join our friendly and growing main contracting team in Twickenham.

This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in estimating, working on a variety of commercial refurbishment, heritage, and social housing projects across London and the South East.

The Role

As a Graduate Estimator, you will:

* Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documents

* Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements

* Support the senior estimating team with pricing and procurement

* Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotations

* Learn and develop key commercial skills with ongoing mentorship

About You

* A degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline

* Strong numerical and analytical skills

* Eager to learn and progress within a main contractor environment

* Good communication and organisational abilities
