We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our established main contracting team in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a variety of challenging and rewarding projects across London.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Oversee and manage project costs from start to completion

* Prepare and manage valuations, variations, and cost reports

* Handle procurement and subcontractor negotiations

* Ensure accurate forecasting and budget control

* Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver schemes successfully

About You

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor

* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
