We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing main contracting team in Luton. Specialising in data centres and large steel-framed industrial builds, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a business delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will:

* Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for large-scale schemes

* Analyse drawings, specifications, and project details

* Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing

* Work closely with the pre-construction and project teams to deliver successful bids

* Contribute to business growth by securing key contracts in the data centre and industrial sectors

About You

* Proven experience as an Estimator with a main contractor

* Background in data centres, steel-framed buildings, or large industrial projects preferred

* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines

* A proactive, commercially focused approach
