Aztrum is thrilled to partner with a well-established architectural practice in Cardiff, as they expand their team to take on exciting new projects across Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

We are seeking a talented Architect – Project Runner to bring creativity, expertise, and strong project leadership to the practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect: 

Lead the design and development of innovative architectural projects, balancing client needs, aesthetics, and functionality.
Manage projects from initial concept through to completion, including site visits, budget oversight, and timeline management.
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Present design concepts, incorporate client feedback, and ensure projects align with client vision.
Utilize advanced design tools, particularly Revit, to produce detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.
Integrate sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices into all projects.Qualifications & Experience for this Project Architect role: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Licensed Architect.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
