Location: Dartford (office-based with regular site travel)

We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Southern team based in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to progress, take ownership, and become a key player in a young but highly motivated commercial team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Visiting sites regularly to measure up, manage variations, and engage directly with clients and subcontractors

*

Leading on cost management, CVRs, and commercial reporting

*

Proactively identifying and pursuing variations to maximise value

*

Supporting and training junior team members as they develop their careers

*

Working closely with project and commercial teams to deliver successful outcomes

*

Contributing to a collaborative, ambitious, and forward-thinking team culture

What We’re Looking For:

*

Previous experience in Quantity Surveying (main or subcontracting background welcomed)

*

A proactive, confident communicator who enjoys being on site and dealing with people

*

Someone hungry to progress their career and grow within the business

*

Willingness to train and mentor junior staff

*

Ability to travel to sites and our Dartford office

*

Strong understanding of cost control, CVRs, and commercial processes

*

Main and subcontract knowledge is ideal but not essential
