Assistant Site Manager

I'm working with a national housebuilder on a partnerships scheme in Berkshire who is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team.

The essentials:

Start: Mid-late October
Duration: Until March/April 2026
Pay: £250 per day PAYE (£319 incl. employers NI & holiday pay)The scheme:

25 apartments, part of a larger project of over 140 units
Internals from 1st fix through to completionWho we need:

A proven Assistant Site Manager with experience managing internals on RC frame new-build residential projects
Someone who has worked on high-rise developments
Confident overseeing subcontractors and driving quality, safety, and progress
CSCS, SMSTS and First aid certs are expected but there maybe some flexibilityThis is a strong freelance opportunity to step into a busy scheme with a national developer and see it through to completion. Interviews will be held – please apply with an up to date CV
