We’re seeking a Customer Care Technician to join a leading residential developer in Plymouth. This permanent role offers excellent stability, variety, and a strong package.

The Role:

Carrying out new home handovers and demonstrations
Supporting customers through the move-in process
Fixing minor defects and completing snagging works
Liaising with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly
Feeding back to site teams to help maintain high standards

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in trades/maintenance, with excellent finishing skills
✔ Strong communication and customer-facing ability
✔ A proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving skills
✔ Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
