Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Chartered or working towards Chartered status) to join our team, with a clear pathway to Associate/Partner level. Previous Cost Consultancy experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on cost planning from feasibility through detailed design (RIBA stages).

*

Provide pre-contract advice on procurement, risk, value engineering, and tendering.

*

Prepare tender and contract documents; evaluate tenders.

*

Deliver post-contract services: valuations, progress payments, variations, cost reporting, and final accounts.

*

Manage budgets and provide commercial advice to clients.

*

Mentor graduates and support team development.

*

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

*

Work across diverse sectors including industrial, residential, commercial, and bank monitoring.

Skills & Experience

*

RICS-accredited degree.

*

Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards it.

*

Proven pre- and post-contract QS experience across varied projects
