Small Works Manager – Roofing & Cladding
Location: North West
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Small Works Manager to oversee a variety of roofing and cladding projects across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you will take ownership of small works, ensure safe and efficient delivery, and lead a team of operatives.

Responsibilities include:

Managing multiple roofing and cladding contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and within budget

Leading and motivating operatives while coordinating subcontractors where required

Monitoring project costs, preparing budgets, and negotiating with suppliers for best value

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of quality and safety

Preparing health & safety documentation and carrying out site audits

Requirements:

Proven experience within the roofing and cladding sector, with knowledge of systems and materials

Strong health & safety knowledge and compliance awareness

Excellent organisational and decision-making skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
