Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Client Side | £49,000 | 4 on 4 off (Days Only)
Location: East London (Zone 2)

Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer looking to move client-side into a prestigious commercial environment? We’re recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a dedicated in-house facilities team on a 4 on 4 off, days-only shift pattern.

The Role:

As part of a multi-skilled maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a high-spec commercial building. Typical tasks include:

LV distribution maintenance

*

Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing

*

UPS, lighting, and power systems

*

BMS monitoring and fault-finding

*

Supporting mechanical PPMs and general building services as needed

Shift Pattern:

*

4 on / 4 off – Days Only (07:00–19:00)

*

No night shifts

Requirements:

*

City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
(or an Electrical Engineering degree)

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

*

Proven experience in commercial building maintenance

*

Strong knowledge of building services systems

£49,000 basic salary
