Quantity Surveying Director

A dynamic, forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy in Central London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying Director to join their growing team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives in the Residential sector and is ready to take ownership of key client relationships and project delivery.

The Quantity Surveying Director Role

As Director you will work directly under one of the founding Partners, taking the lead on a number of their larger residential projects ranging from £15m to £230m. These include a broad variety of high-profile mixed-use developments, student accommodation, co-living, and senior living schemes.

The successful Quantity Surveying Director will be heavily involved in strategic project planning and end-to-end service delivery, often acting in a dual Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent role. While business development experience is not essential, the ability to secure repeat business and support client relationships would be a significant advantage.

You will play a key role in mentoring a young, energetic team of Quantity Surveyors and work collaboratively within a tight-knit consultancy that values a relaxed, non-corporate culture.

The Quantity Surveying Director – Requirements

MRICS is highly desirable
Strong residential sector experience (including student, co-living or senior living)
Able to lead large-scale projects independently
Experience delivering both QS and EA services
Long term desire to be involved in Business Development, immediate need to service current clients & secure repeat business
A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy environmentsIn Return?
