About the Role:
HD Tech is pleased to be partnering once again with a leading construction solutions provider. The company is seeking a Site Technician to support regional projects, ensuring the highest standard of workmanship across a range of roofing systems. The role involves overseeing site installations, delivering hands-on training to approved contractors, and supporting the sales and project teams to maintain quality, compliance, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections across multiple projects within the designated region.

*

Deliver training to contractor operatives, ensuring content and delivery meet high-quality standards.

*

Produce detailed inspection reports following site visits.

*

Act as a liaison between contractors, sales, and internal teams to resolve site issues efficiently.

*

Track projects and manage time effectively to maximise efficiency.

*

Ensure complex or high-value projects are managed appropriately.

*

Maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders regarding site performance and contractor management.

Experience & Skills Required:

*

Hands-on experience in installing flat roofing systems, including bitumen and single-ply.

*

Good understanding of construction principles, both technical and commercial.

*

Experience delivering training is advantageous; formal training qualifications are a plus.

*

Health and Safety awareness; CSCS card preferred.

*

Strong communication skills, organisational ability, and proactive approach.

*

Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office applications.
