Project Quantity Surveyor

A vibrant, growing Quantity Surveying consultancy in Central London is seeking a confident and ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their energetic, close-knit team of 15.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor with strong residential or commercial experience, who wants to take ownership of exciting schemes and enjoy a clear pathway for progression in a relaxed, modern environment.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will support an Associate and the Directors in delivering a range of projects across the residential, student accommodation, co-living and senior living sectors – with values ranging from £15m up to £200m.

You'll take responsibility for your own schemes from inception to completion, while being supported by two Graduate Quantity Surveyors. Most projects also involve dual QS and EA responsibilities, offering great exposure and variety.

This role is ideal for a Project Quantity Surveyor who enjoys a hands-on, delivery-focused environment, working closely with a collaborative team and ambitious leadership.

Requirements

3+ years' UK consultancy experience
Residential or commercial project background ideally
MRICS is a bonus – but not essential
Pre & Post Contract experience
A successful track record running projects from inception to completionWhat's on Offer?
