Role: Technical Coordinator
* Reporting to: Senior Technical Manager
* Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, plus car or car allowance and annual bonus
* Working for: Multiple award-winning developer with a 5* customer HBF rating
* Excellent pipeline of work
* Development location: South West region (multiple sites)
* Working arrangements: Flexible working on offer between home, office and sites across South West
Technical Coordinator – About the role:
Working in the technical team to assist, and with experience, lead on the management of the planning and technical functions on housebuilding sites from pre-planning to project completion.
Technical Coordinator – About you:
* 2 years minimum relevant experience working for a regional or national developer, main contractor or a related consultancy
* Demonstrable track record in residential development
* A working knowledge of houses and apartment construction, building regs, NHBC requirements etc
* Ability to drive a consultant team to achieve the deadlines required whilst not compromising on quality
* Knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial
* Good Technical knowledge of house construction
* Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator or similar role with a residential developer
* Good knowledge of the NHBC and Building Regulations
* A keen willingness to learn and retain information
