An established London-based Building Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor, supported by the Partners and other disciplines, will take ownership of housing development and other residential projects, providing pre and post contract services.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Proven background within a PQS / Consultancy environment

* Housing development project experience

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects

* Ideally MRICS

* 8+ years Quantity Surveying experience
