We’re looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team on residential housebuilding projects across Scotland, with a focus on the Central Belt. This is a contract role offering £450/day, working with a well-established construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out and surveying for new build housing sites

Ensuring works are carried out to design specifications and quality standards

*

Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and design teams

*

Monitoring and reporting on site progress

*

Managing site documentation and as-built records

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential construction

*

Strong setting out and surveying skills

*

CSCS card and relevant qualifications

*

Willing to travel across Scotland as needed
