Salary: Up to £85,000 PA / £350 a day
Contract: 9 months
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a Warehouse Self-Storage Unit project in Newmarket.
Key Requirements:

Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry
*
Experience managing warehouse / industrial or similar build projects
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
Ability to drive programmes, manage subcontractors, and ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of a new-build self-storage warehouse facility, coordinating site activities, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining full control of health, safety, quality, and programme.
