Are you a Contracts Manager with experience working on bespoke, high end residential projects looking for an exciting new opportunity to join this award winning business where you'll get the chance to work on prestigious projects?

You will be preparing and reviewing contractual documents, preparing and presenting bid documents for new projects, track project progress against the established budget as well as ensuring adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations.

The Role:

Managing multiple projects
Communicate regularly with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Draft, review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Visit client sites when required
Handle any contract disputes and conduct amendments when necessaryThe Person:

Knowledge and understanding of building contracts
Previous experience as Contracts Manager with High End Residential / Construction sectors
