A growing specialist contractor delivering façade, cladding, and external envelope packages across residential, commercial, and recladding projects in London and the South East.

With a strong pipeline of secured and tendered projects, they're looking to bring in a Senior Estimator who can hit the ground running – taking ownership of pricing, tenders, and winning work.

The Role
• Lead pre-contract estimating across façade and cladding packages (typically £250k-£5m+)
• Take responsibility for preparing tenders, cost plans, and pricing schedules
• Review drawings, specifications, and client requirements to produce accurate estimates
• Liaise directly with clients, architects, and supply chain partners
• Play a key role in securing new projects and driving the company's growth

What they're looking for
• 3+ years' experience estimating façade / cladding packages (essential)
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Passionate, proactive, and driven to deliver excellence.
