Project Manager

We’re working with a leading home improvement company specialising in high end windows, doors, conservatories, bespoke orangeries, elegant sunrooms, and other creative living spaces. With a reputation for excellence and a growing portfolio of stunning projects, they are looking for a talented Project Manager to help deliver exceptional results from concept to completion.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the operations – overseeing unique and inspiring home improvement projects across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. Based at the Cheltenham head office, you'll work closely with the in-house design, install and customer service teams to ensure every project runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, define, and develop detailed project scopes tailored to client needs.

* Build and lead a dedicated project team from conception through to completion.

* Monitor project progress, identify and resolve obstacles, and set clear milestones and deadlines.

* Maintain control of project budgets and resources.

* Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and quality delivery.

* Evaluate and report on project performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.

* Knowledge of building regulations

* Proven experience managing residential and domestic home improvement and glazing projects

* Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

* Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

* Budget management and timeline tracking expertise.
