* Associate Building Surveyor with strong post-qualification experience

* Excellent client relationship and business development skills

* Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work autonomously

* Establish and grow a new commercial surveying division

* Develop and execute a business plan to win commercial clients and projects

* Manage and mentor a small team and integrate with the wider business
