Site Manager – Commercial Fit-out

Site Manager – High End Commercial Fit-out – Hospitality Experience Required
We’re working with a specialist contractor renowned for delivering super prime hospitality and restaurant fit-outs across London and the UK.
Due to a growing pipeline of prestigious schemes, they are seeking experienced Site Managers to join their delivery team on permanent contracts. The first opportunity will be based in Farringdon, with further projects across Central London.
The Site Manager’s Role
As a Site Manager, you’ll take day-to-day responsibility for high-end hospitality fit-out projects, managing all aspects of delivery on site. You’ll coordinate closely with Project Managers, joinery specialists, and MEP contractors to ensure that complex, design-driven spaces are built to the highest standard. From detailed joinery and bespoke ceilings to heavy MEP integration, you’ll oversee subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure programmes are achieved without compromising on quality.
Your remit will cover:

Managing site activities across pre-start, delivery, and handover phases.

Coordinating MEP trades, bespoke joinery, and specialist finishes.
*
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
*
Driving programmes to meet demanding schedules in fast-paced hospitality environments.
*
Reporting regularly to senior management and liaising with clients’ teams.
The Site Manager
*
Proven background as a Site Manager in high-end restaurant or hospitality fit-outs.
*
Strong technical exposure to MEP coordination and bespoke joinery.
*
Experience delivering projects with intricate ceilings, panelling, and level changes.
*
Commercially aware, detail-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
*
Professional, client-facing, and confident in managing specialist subcontractors.
*
Based within commuting distance of Central London (Farringdon).

Up to £70,000 (depending on experience) + full package.
