Electrical Contracts Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of a key client who is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly reputable business that collaborates with a wide range of market-leading main contractors. Projects span across commercial, industrial, renewable energy, retail, education, civic buildings, local authority, and residential sectors.
As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of delivering electrical projects to the highest standards, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage electrical contracts from tender through to project completion.

Oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and industry regulations.
*
Liaise effectively with main contractors, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
*
Plan, monitor, and control labour and resources to achieve project targets.
*
Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
*
Prepare progress reports and attend site/project meetings.
*
Drive successful financial outcomes through effective cost control and contract management.
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the construction/building services sector.
*
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation standards, and industry regulations.
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*
A proactive and professional approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
