Kitchen/Bathroom Fitter (price work)

Job Description:

We are a leading main contractor in the social housing sector, looking for skilled Kitchen Fitters / Multi-Traders to join our team on a price work basis. You will be installing kitchens in both occupied and void properties, ensuring high-quality finishes and completing works within agreed timescales.

Responsibilities

* Fit kitchens to a professional standard (units, worktops, fixtures, and fittings).

* Carry out multi-trade tasks where required, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and tiling.

* Install sinks, basins, and WCs as part of kitchen fitting works.

* Deliver 1 – 2 kitchen installations per week, working independently or within a team.

* Ensure work is carried out safely, professionally, and with customer satisfaction in mind.

Requirements

* Proven experience in kitchen fitting and multi-trade works (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, etc.).

* Ability to complete basic plumbing tasks (sinks, basins, WCs).

* CSCS Card – essential.

* Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

* Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
