Salary: £60,000 + Car package

Sphere Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading specialised contractor for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large commercial build, with all associated packages £20m.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing site delivery, ensuring quality, health & safety compliance, and effective coordination of subcontractors. You will report to the Project Manager and play a key role in ensuring timely project completion to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, budget and HS standards

* Promote a strong safety culture on-site, conducting inductions, RAMS, reports and toolbox talks.

* Coordinate subcontractor activities on site

* Supervise deliveries, plant, equipment, and contract lifting plans.

* Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.

* Oversee commissioning and ensure smooth project handover at finishing stages

Experience & Requirements:

* 5+ years' experience in site management within construction.

* Experience in large scales projects and associated infrastructure

* Strong knowledge of civils, steelwork, cladding & FFE packages.

* Understanding of MEP packages

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Project

* SMSTS, FAW, CSCS Card (Essential)
