Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our client are a well known and well respected developer and the are currently in the market for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the busy commerical team.

Your new role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial delivery of residential developments ranging from 75 to 400 plots. You'll work alongside experienced surveyors and site teams, assisting with cost planning, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your career with a respected name in the housebuilding sector.

Experience required

At least 2 years experience with a house builder
Experience working on residential developments
Strong numerical and analytical skills
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and organisational abilities

HNC as a minimum qualification
