The Opportunity:
Role: Foot Mobile Engineer
Location: Commercial client sites across London Zones 1 & 2 (Travel Card provided)
Salary: £46,000 – £47,000 per year

What You'll Be Doing:
You will be the face of our client's expert engineering service, covering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive work across a portfolio of modern, high-spec commercial properties. Your day-to-day will involve:
Executing a wide range of building services maintenance tasks.
Specialising in electrical fault finding and maintenance (e.g., emergency lighting, basic circuit repairs).
Carrying out multi-skilled duties including HVAC filter changes, basic plumbing (tap temperature checks, flushes), minor fabric repairs, and general building maintenance checks.
Responding promptly and efficiently to reactive work and emergencies.
Working closely with site teams and maintaining excellent client relationships.
What You'll Need to Succeed (Your Must-Haves):
Minimum Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds 2360/2330/2365 or equivalent is essential).
Proven experience in a Mobile Engineer or Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer role within commercial environments.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanour.
A proactive and independent approach to work, capable of managing a busy schedule while travelling between sites.
