The Role:

Assisting the Estimating team in preparing accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.

Supporting senior colleagues with bid submissions and tender analysis.

Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

Some experience within estimating or a related construction role (contractor background preferred).

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
