Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are currently working with our client who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their award-winning property development team to deliver high quality housing projects.

Ideal candidate:

* Prior experience on Housing projects is preferred

* Able to commercially manage your own projects

* Ambitious and motivated work attitude

* Strong management skills

* COINS experience is beneficial

Duties will include:

* Working office based with occasional travel to site.

* Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.

* Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.

* Preparation of final accounts.

* Identifying commercial risks.

* Monitoring cash flow.
