We are working with a rapidly – growing construction consultancy firm who are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established team in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. They are looking for a highly organised professional who enjoys working on various challenging projects across multiple sectors, relishes on making an impact through their work, and enjoys working in a motivated and passionate team.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will possess:

Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
Relevant experience in a similar consultancy environment would be ideal.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong contract knowledge.
Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Have a full UK driving license and a car.
Pre and post contract experience. Daily responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor:

Delivery of projects.
Pre and Post contract services.
Manage project coordination and project reporting.
Attend site inspections and site meetings.
Attend project meetings.
Administer Contracts.
Procure services and works on behalf of our Clients and projects.
