The Opportunity:

60,000 sq ft Mayfair commercial scheme

£35m heavy refurb / cut & carve project

*

Play a key role in procurement, cost management, and subcontractor accounts

About You:

*

Experience as a QS on fit-out or refurbishment projects

*

Strong commercial and negotiation skills

*

Ambitious and keen to progress with a top-tier contractor
